Emma and Ryan had the most beautiful wedding day at Black Diamond Gardens on the sunniest day in September. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family, and from every angle you could tell there was so much thought and care poured into the details. Emma and Ryan went for simple but elegant, classic and timeless decor featuring blacks, whites and green accents. They started their days getting ready on the property in seperate locations. After getting her dress on, Emma did a first look with her bridesmaids, her dad and then Ryan, the groom. There was so much greenery around the venue, every angle was just stunning. Speaking of stunning, Emma was glowing all day long!
The sun was setting right as the ceremony ended, giving Emma and Ryan a perfect glow of a sunset right as they said “I do”. We did a handful of sunset newly-wed portraits by the dock, before entering into the greenhouse for the reception. Cascadia Pizza catered dinner, and it was some of the best pizza I’ve had. I’ve had Cascadia Pizza at a few weddings and it has been a great experience every time. They have an incredible variety of options if you are looking for something unique to serve for dinner!
After dinner, the reception festivities continued! Everyone got to listen to speeches from both dads and the maid of honor and best man. After speeches and the formal first dances, the official dance party got started. Not too long after, the bride and groom had a jaw-dropping outfit change mid-reception. The dance floor was filled to the brim the whole night with espresso martinis in hand. And of course the day was followed by an after party–because who says the wedding has to end during send-off? It was the perfect September day and I had the best time with Emma and Ryan, and of course the whole vendor team!
